Author Guidelines

 

 

TEXT FORMATTING

Order of manuscript parts: author’s first name, last name, affiliation, manuscript title, abstract, keywords, text, bibliography.

Length of text: up to two double sheets (60000 characters including spaces).

Abstract: between 100 and 250 words.

Affiliation: full affiliation of the author, including e-mail, department, faculty, university, institute, etc.

Parentheses: For parentheses within parentheses, use square brackets.

Terms: Titles of books, magazines, works of art and words in foreign languages should be italicized.

Quotation marks: Please make sure to follow standard English language use of quotation marks and punctuation and note that punctuation should be placed within closing quotation marks.

Quotation marks within quotation marks: For the use of quotation marks within a sentence already under quotes, please use single quotation marks.

Block quotations: Longer quotes should be formatted as follows:

Quotes of more than 40 words must be separated as block quotations without quotation marks. Block quotes are separate paragraphs indented on the left by 1 cm. References must be listed after the punctuation mark that ends the quote, as in this example.

Language: Use either U.S. or U.K. English consistently throughout the text (but do not change the spelling in quotes to match the main text).

In footnote: First initial, last name, monograph title, publisher, place of publication, year, page number or numbers (with an en dash in between).
